Capsules is an AI-powered conversational language learning tool providing real-time voice and text immersion across multiple languages (e.g. English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Norwegian, Chinese).

3. Daily Allowances and Subscriptions

Every user is provided with a daily free conversation allowance (5 minutes/day, resetting daily at 00:00 UTC). To access extended daily conversational time, users can subscribe to one of our monthly plans:

Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle via your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Capsules to generate, transmit, or engage in unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or harassing content. Speech is moderated in accordance with AI safety standards.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our AI models strive to provide natural, accurate language instruction, language acquisition outcomes depend on learner dedication.
